Excellent service and great for parties
We booked cozmo yachts to celebrate my niece's birthday... The boat was well maintained and the captain was very accommodating... everything from customer service to the onboard staff was excellent. We would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the cooler months...

Horrible service nasty yachts never got a refund they are very unprofessional

Hi Lau Yuk Chun I believe the booking was done by Mr.Michael for 20th June, it's very unfortunate that you canceled your trip! I understand you were planning for a 2hr cruise in the yacht for a song shoot and our team provided the 55ft, Carnevali Italian Yacht one of our best-rated yachts at the best rate possible by getting special approvals from the management. ( https://cozmoyachts.com/yachts/rent-55-feet-carnevali-italian-yacht ) In order to maintain the wooden interior, we have kept a mandate of not letting anyone use shoes, which I believe created the problem for you. Since the mandates are same for everyone our GM also tried requesting you to co-operate so that we could help you have a beautiful trip. Also, our cancellation policy very well defines that any cancellation within 24hrs is not refunded and you had the cancellation done at the yacht when the trip was about to begin. https://cozmoyachts.com/terms-and-conditions Look forward to having you guys again so that we could show you how good our service is and how happy our customers are. Captain and his assistants were very professional and helped our guests as required to cater to their needs. Overall an excellent experience!😊. Amazing view and amazing service of the crew, highly recommended we booked it online +971 52 944 0222 and the customer care assistant helped us sort the yatch. Superb service.
