This motor yacht LADY EMMA is a superyacht of well proportioned proportions. This 35 m (115 ft) luxury yacht was proudly created by uach Yachts in 2007. Superyacht LADY EMMA is a upscale yacht that is able to accommodate a total of 10 passengers on board and has approximately 5 crew. The firm of naval architecture whom authored this yacht's plans and general arangement in respect of the yacht is Exequiel Cano Lanza. Franck Reynaud in addition was the one who saw out her interior design.
LADY EMMA is a modern and sleek yacht with a classic and timeless interior. The saloon and adjacent dining area are bright and spacious, with huge windows giving a wonderful view and a feeling of space.
Building & Design for Luxury Yacht LADY EMMA
The yacht's general design work came from Exequiel Cano Lanza. The formal naval architect firm plans are the work of Exequiel Cano Lanza. Motor Yacht LADY EMMA received her elegant interior designing from the interior design company of Franck Reynaud. France is the country that uach Yachts completed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 2007 in Gujan-Mestras she was thereafter released to the yacht owner having completed final finishing. Her core hull was crafted from kevlar composite. The motor yacht superstructure component is made mostly from composite. The length of the luxury yacht on deck is 33 (108.27 ft). With a width of 6.8 m / 22.3 feet LADY EMMA has reasonable internal space. A shallow draught of 1.7m (5.6ft) limits the number of harbours she can enter, depending on their individual depth.

Description.
Built in 2007 by the highly esteemed Guy Couach shipyard, Lady Emma’s modern and sleek lines are enhanced by her classic and timeless interior. With a cruising speed of 25 knots, she can easily cruise from port to port in luxury and style. The saloon and adjacent formal dining area are luminous and spacious, with immense windows giving a wonderful view and providing both the sensation of space and coziness. The yacht is finished in neutral soft furnishings that contrast with the waxed teak of the wood flooring and paneling and the warm reds of the contrast pieces. Each of the four cabins is equipped with separate and en-suite bathroom and conceived in the same elegant and warm tones of the living area. The master cabin has a separate bath and shower, as well as two large portholes at water level. The yachts is designed to give the utmost privacy to guests, the kitchen, crew quarters and the piloting area are discretely separated from the guests’ space by doors. However, the most attractive part of the yacht is her extremely large fly area, measuring 58m2 with a jacuzzi, forward sunbathing area, two large aft sunpads and lunch dining area. The swimming platform that carries the tender can be transformed into a perfect diving platform or additional sunbathing area when not under way. Lady Emma has a crew of 4 including her Captain.

Couach Yachts has cultivated and accumulated exceptional marine “savoir-faire” since its inception in 1897 and today specialises in exceptional made-to-measure superyachts built entirely in Glass Kevlar that range from 20 to 50 metres in length.
Lady Emma measures 34.10 metres in length, with a max draft of 1.70 metres and a beam of 6.80 metres.

 By Emma Bubola and Jeffrey Gettleman Reporting from Termini Imerese, Sicily Italian authorities said on Saturday that they had opened a manslaughter investigation into the sinking of the Bayesian luxury yacht, but that they had not yet zeroed in on any potential suspects. The sleek, $40 million sailing boat went down fast in a storm off Sicily’s coast on Monday morning, killing Michael Lynch, a British tech billionaire; his teenage daughter, Hannah; four of his friends; and one member of the crew. The captain escaped on a lifeboat with 14 others. On Saturday, Ambrogio Cartosio, the prosecutor in charge of the case, said at a news conference that it was “plausible” crimes were committed during the accident. “There could be responsibilities of the captain only,” he said. “There could be responsibilities of the whole crew. There could be responsibilities of the boat makers. Or there could be responsibilities of those who were in charge of surveilling the boat.” Here is what the authorities said on Saturday: It will be difficult to determine the cause of the sinking until the yacht is brought to the surface and inspected, which could take weeks. Five bodies were found in the same cabin. The yacht sank at an angle, with the stern — where the heavy engine is situated — having gone down first. The captain and the crew, who have been holed up in a Sicilian hotel with other survivors, are allowed to leave Italy. But prosecutors said that they still want to ask them more questions. The authorities did not perform alcohol or drug tests on the captain or the crew. The authorities would not comment on whether hatches on the deck had been left open, which would have allowed water to pour in during the yacht’s sinking. In addition to possible manslaughter charges, the authorities are also investigating the possibility of a negligently caused shipwreck, a crime that carries up to several years in prison upon conviction. Investigators said they were focusing on why the 184-foot-long Bayesian, which was built in 2008, went down so quickly, especially when other yachts nearby weathered the storm. Executives at the company that built the boat have said there is nothing faulty with the design of the yacht and have tried to shift the blame to the crew. At the news conference on Saturday, the authorities were asked why the captain, James Cutfield, an experienced sailor, left the sinking boat while some passengers were still on board. “The investigations are also focusing on this,” said Raffaele Cammarano, another prosecutor. But he added that the witnesses they had spoken to said that “the event was really, really sudden.” Some people who were along the Sicilian coast at the time of the sinking described seeing waterspouts, which are vicious funnels of water and wind that sweep across a body of water during thunderstorms. But on Saturday, Italian authorities said they believed it was more likely that a downburst occurred at the time of the accident. A downburst is a blast of powerful wind that comes surging down from the sky during thunderstorms. The Italian authorities said that extreme weather was “one of the main elements” of their investigation, but added that they were still at the early stages of their inquiry and that they did not want to “play the probability game.” The rescuers found the bodies of five passengers in one cabin, which was on the left side of yacht. The yacht was found lying on its right side at the bottom of a bay, in about 160 feet of water. The authorities said the passengers who died were most likely trying to flee to the higher side of the boat and were probably sleeping when the accident happened. The authorities said that they were not certain whether a black box existed and that the hull was still being searched. Mr. Cartosio would not comment directly on the actions of the crew, but said that it would be “even more painful” if “the sinking was caused by behaviors that were not perfectly in order with the responsibilities that each person must have in the management of navigation.” But he added that “this is just, in fact, the beginning of an inquiry.” Emma Bubola is a Times reporter based in Rome. On Friday, recovery of the body of Hannah Lynch, 18, put an end to the search and to the slim hopes that any of the missing people might have survived. Hannah Lynch, daughter of British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch, who also died in the yacht’s sinking, was the last person to be formally unaccounted for since Monday after tragedy struck a group that had been celebrating her father’s acquittal in a high-profile fraud case. There were 10 crew members and 12 passengers on board the 180-foot vessel, the Bayesian, when it was hit by a storm and went down about 4:30 a.m. Monday, the boat’s management company said Friday. Fifteen survived. The body of the ship’s cook, Recaldo Thomas, was found Monday, a few hours after a downpour hit the northwestern coast of Sicily, near the port of Porticello, where the yacht had been anchored. But it took several days to recover the bodies of the six passengers who were apparently trapped inside the yacht: Mike Lynch and Hannah Lynch; Jonathan Bloomer, chair of Morgan Stanley International; his wife, Judy Bloomer; Christopher J. Morvillo, a lawyer at Clifford Chance; and his wife, Neda Morvillo. On Friday, a round of applause could be heard from the firefighters tent set up on the dock in Porticello after the last body was pulled out in what the corps described as a “complex” search operation at a depth of about 165 feet. Firefighters said they had made 123 immersions into the sea to try to retrieve the bodies. The body bag was then loaded onto an ambulance. A local man had left a small wooden cross on the rocks in front of the dock where the bodies were brought ashore. Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares, was among those who managed to reach the safety of a raft. They were rescued by a sailing schooner that had been bobbing about 150 yards from the yacht.
