Kindly redirected here by the owner of The Ship when they were fully booked and although a little hidden away, its an absolute gem of a find that we've now been to a few times. The restaurant is upstairs above the Yacht Club and has stunning views over moored yachts, The Solent and out to The Isle of Wight from both inside window seating and the outside decking when the sun is out. Regular and specials menus have both been fabulous each time we've been, with plenty of fresh seafood cooked in different ways to choose from. Portion sizes seem to vary, the crabs were huge but the individual starter platters were better portioned than the same ordered as shared. Wine list is good and the bar looks as though it can produce a decent array of cocktails when its party time - which it looks as though there might be plenty of. The atmosphere is great; the Owner is very present and seems a little brusque sometimes but pleasant when you speak to him directly. One of the young ladies serving displayed way too much grumpy attitude, but otherwise everyone has been generally pleasant on each vist.
Average food, at top dollar, nice view though.

All our restaurant tables have great views however we can’t always guarantee a table directly next to a window. We allocate tables by ensuring those that booked the furthest in advance are prioritised first.
Our outside tables cannot be booked in advance. They are offered on a first come, first served basis.

I ate here twice while staying in the area. I emailed first and they said they can cater for coeliac. Fryers are dedicated gluten free. Lovely fresh fish and upmarket food. The staff are knowledgable and the view overlooks the marina. Good cocktail menu too!

Annual Berthing
All standard berths are fully serviced with access to water and electricity. Berthing fees from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Minimum chargeable length 8 metres. Surcharges may apply to multihulls. Annual contracts can commence the first day of any month.

Seasonal Winter Berthing
We offer a Winter Season Four-Month Berthing Package available from 31st October 2024 to 1st March 2025. All standard berths are fully serviced with access to water and electricity. Rates are inclusive of VAT.

If required, electricity will be charged at our published rate, with boat owner providing or purchasing from the marina a metered cable. Space is limited and will be allocated first come, first served based on your boat length/beam. Stays outside of these dates will be charged at our normal visitor rates. Rates include VAT @ 20%.
Looking for a shorter visit? Our winter visitor berthing is just £3.80 per metre, per night.
Dry Stack Berthing
Dry Stack Berthing fees from 1 April 2024. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Provided at our sister-site in Lymington, Haven Quay . Minimum chargeable length is 6.4m.

All visitor berths are fully serviced with access to water and electricity, included in the daily rate. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Minimum chargeable length is 8 metres. Catamarans are subject to a 25% surcharge with berths subject to availability.

Boat lifting and storage ashore available for boats up to 50 tonnes. All rates are per metre length overall (LOA) unless otherwise stated, and inclusive of VAT at 20%. Minimum chargeable length 8 metres.
