Basic accommodations ”

This is a very minimal place for a short stay. The good things I will say is...... The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and in the evenings the hot water is great but Luke warm in the morning. The grounds are jungle like and there is a boat dock with many boats to look at. The negatives are..... There is no wifi available in the rooms. You have to sit in the lobby or restaurant area to find wifi. There is a smart TV in the room, however it is all in Spanish. Since there is no wifi you can't utilize any features like YouTube on it. There is no refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold or to save leftovers from dinner. There is no microwave either. This low cost addition to the room would have made our stay far better. Check in would have been better with someone who spoke even some basic English. There was a environmental fee charged by the hotel that wasn't included in our booking that included all taxes and fees. We weren't happy with this. It should have been included as stated. There is a nice looking restaurant here. There was a breakfast option available when booking. I would not recommend this as the food options were not good nor was the price. Not a good value. During our stay very few people were eating there. In conclusion, I would look farther if you Budget will allow.

All the staff are nice & friendly. Thanks to Alberto & James for their help. Their breakfast is not bad but I will suggest that they add tea to their breakfast menu because is not everybody that drinks coffee.

Hotel room was clean but there are no facilities! No fridge, no coffee maker, no utensils. Room only had beds and tv. The resturant closes at 3pm! And after that you can't get any food or drinks.

Different experience! No internet in the room! Still, you see the river, and forest and get limited facility rooms. There is another added tax which actually isn't charged by Agoda at all!

Pros. Very special happy atmosphere of a Yacht Club in tropics with marine adventure spirit, and very relaxing and quiet at the same time. All the territory is amazing jungle-looking garden. The pool is surrounded with tropical plants as well as the rest areas. The big palapa - restaurant is next to the pool. Food is inexpensive and tasty. Very cozy and comfortable unique place. We stayed there for 3 nights in the beginning of our trip to Riviera Maya, and came back for 3 nights again at the end of our trip. Rooms are very comfortable and well designed. Shower is big, hot water and water pressure is fine. Special Sotavento brand natural soap bars, high quality toilet paper, shower mats along with towels, free water bottles every day, great working air conditioner, comfortable beds are main details of room comfort. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is secluded quiet place, and at the same time it is only about 250 m to the closest beach, ferry to the island and other attractions. Bus stop is about 100 m, so you can easily get anywhere in Cancun for 12 pesos. Bike/pedestrian path goes through all Zona Hotelera. We had a rental car, and we were always able to find free parking near public beaches except for Caracol where parking fee was 100 pesos per day.

Cons. Everything was great! No any improvement necessary but would be nice to have couple bars or hooks in the shower to hang dripping wet swimsuits. Also, would be nice to have brakes on wheels for beds to fix their positions on the floor better, so they won't slide if someone sits down carelessly.

The stuff is cheery, and the breakfast is really super. Very central location, at a medium distance from scenic tower cancun. So centrally opposite a ferry port.

The place overall is neat & very inviting. Unique location - very close to crococun zoo. The view is magnificent and the pool is great...

Staff were so caring and we really enjoyed our being there. Continental breakfast with marmelade and toast, as example was COMPREHENSIVE. Centrally located for us.
