Cancelations:

If the boat company cancels the boat party on your scheduled date you can either reschedule or we will refund your deposits in full, **otherwise all deposits at no refundable.** You pay the remaining ticket balance at the boat check in that night once you check in and receive a wrist band **the boat companies policy is no refunds on the remaining ticket balance.**

The day of my charter, I got there a little early as instructed, and was greeted by an extremely friendly captain and an immaculate yacht. When I tell you this was the nicest yacht I’ve ever been on, that is an understatement. Beautiful hardwood floor, state of the art sound system, and the best lighting on any yacht in the water; Yacht Maryam did not miss in any way! The stew was also super friendly and took care of all my needs as fast as they could. They offered us a personal chef as well, and he was absolutely incredible!!! 5 start meals being cooked while we were enjoying the Miami views, there’s just nothing like it.

Yacht Rental FAQ’s

Yes, there are life jackets (kid’s life jackets as well) on board which is a requirement of the USCG and other maritime governing bodies.

Safety is always our priority. Simply if it’s illegal on our regular life, it will be illegal on the water too. To be more specific fishing, cooking (grill, stovetop, etc) and fireworks are not allowed on the boat based on the USCG regulations.

Charters may only carry up to 12 passengers at a time based on the US Coast Guard.

The displayed price reflects the full charter rate (boat price, taxes, captain fee, fuel). Gratuity is not included in the price, so please keep in mind that you should tip the captain and crew between 15-20%.

For our charters, weather cancellations and rescheduling are at the discretion of the captain. So basically, if there is an official severe weather advisory due to the severe thunderstorm or high winds, we cancel the trip with full refund or reschedule your trip depend on our availability. But if it’s just rain shower or cloudy weather, it’s such a typical weather for Miami (especially during the hurricane season) and we do not cancel the trip.

Make sure you bring a hat, sunglasses, and sun protection which is essential for sunshine Miami weather. No shoes on board please!

Our boats are located at 5400 Collins Ave, Miami Beach FL 33140 and 7910 West Drive, North Bay Village 33140. That’s where we only do pick-up and drop offs.

We have a standardized cancellation policy enforceable to protect both renters and boat owners. You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the booking with full refund ? (No penalty). If the renter cancels the reservation 5 to 2 days prior to the rental local start time, the renter will receive the security deposit back. For the cancellations less than 2 days before the trip date, booking is non-refundable including the security deposit.

No. Our rentals are all captained who have USCG captain license that drive the boat for you so that you can fully enjoy the water.

For regular Miami Yacht Rental is 4 hours. (Half day) This is also time what we suggest enjoying Miami’s water.

But also, we can make 2 Hours (Quarter day), 6 Hours or 8 hours (Full day) depend on boats availability

-The company reserves the right of admission at its discretion.

-Any person arriving In possession of any drugs, weapons, or intoxicated in any way will be denied entry, no right to refund your deposit.

-It is prohibited to smoke in any area of the event.

-It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages and or food inside the boat.

-Failure to comply with the rules of conduct or safety before or during the event will result in the loss of rights and subsequent eviction from the event without refund.

-The duration of the event is approximate, either exceeding or limiting the specified time at the discretion of the organization.

-The location of the check or the place where the event is to be held may change a disposition of the company, for which you will be previously notified.

All SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS

(Refunds are only issued under special circumstances at the discretion of our company in case of bad weather (you would be notified), that we must cancel the event for any reason, or in certain cases like emergencies with valid proof.)
