Dock Location: Located directly behind the Hyatt Regency Miami Hotel in Downtown Miami, at 400 SE 2nd Ave. Miami, FL 33140. *See Image Below*

Ample Parking is available adjacent to the James L. Knight International Center in the 1,450 space Knight Center / Miami Tower garage operated by Miami Parking Systems. Once on the hotel drive, valet parking will be on your left. For self-parking, bear to the right and take the next right into the Knight Center / Miami Tower garage. An additional 1500 spaces are accessible within two blocks.

Valet parking is owned by the Hyatt Regency Miami and operated by Central Parking Systems. Please note that we do not validate or offer any discounted rates for valet.

Party Responsibly: Please Do Not Drink & Drive. Opt for ride share - use Uber or Lyft.

Please Note: This Party Cruise is expected to follow the CDC Guidelines with social distancing and masks when necessary. All staff will have necessary PPE for excellent clean service. We look forward to partying with you responsibly. If event is cancelled due to Covid-19, you'll be refunded.

No alcohol, open containers or outside food is permitted. No illegal drugs or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and/or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by the US Coast Guard.

Yacht Company holds a zero tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels and anyone who is caught participating or processing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated.

If you are thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you will be quarantined until the boat can safely return to dock - the cruise is subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing so; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Let’s have fun and party safe!

PURCHASE POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Credit Card & ID:

You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Promoter within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Promoter within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. Event Booking:

By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you're entitled to entry to event you're purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Promoter’s ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds. Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. Alcohol, Seating, Food:

There is no seating or food; unless otherwise stated in event listing. If food is provided; then it is a ‘first come, first served basis,’ unless the event listing or ticket description clearly states that it is available for a specific time period or for entire event duration. If the event description states there is food for any period during the event, and there is no food available when you choose to eat, please know that the venue is replenishing the food. If you have waited for an extended period of time and the food has not been replenished, please contact venue management at the event for an estimated time that the food will be ready for you. If there are periods of time when food is not available for you due to the venue replenishing said food, no matter how long the wait(s), such is not grounds for a refund. Event Cancellations:

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

No Refunds:

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. Ticket-holder is aware that amenities promised by Promoter are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, emergency return of boats or yachts, delayed commencing of events, early ending of events, public amenities such as fireworks or public performances or the lack thereof, line of sight of public amenities such as fireworks or public performances being blocked by trees, buildings, boats, people, and/or other things, etc.

Release of Liability:

By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite, you hereby release and forever discharge Promoter from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the event’s Promoter. By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite for this event, you hereby release and forever discharge event Promoter, and their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

Collections & Legal Action Against Debt:

Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the Promoter's account and given back to you, you owe the Promoter that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined below. If you owe money to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. Guest of our New Year’s Eve party boat meet up directly at the Marina on the famous Miami River, check-in and get a wristband. Once the 30 minute long check in is complete guests board the boat for 3 hours of unlimited mixed drinks included in the ticket price. On board will be a live DJ playing simply the best Hip Hop, Latin and Top 40 hits. Guests will also have the chance to partake in a full-fledged dance competition. At midnight a complementary champagne toast will also be included. At 12:30 AM our Coast Guard certified captain will navigate guests safely back to the meeting location.

On December 31st, Miami doubles down on her party-girl persona, dangling all manner of fun in front of those who have the stamina to stay up past midnight.  So how exactly does one level up for a special night like New Year’s Eve? Oh, we  always  find a way.

Whether you're indulging in a fabulous New Year's Eve dinner or are foregoing a fancy sit-down feast for a turnt-up open bar, our city has no shortage of options if you're looking to ring in 2024 to the max, including  dazzling fireworks shows . From hotel takeovers to block parties, concerts to cruises, here are the best ways to celebrate New Year's Eve in Miami.

1.  fontainebleau new year's eve 2024.

Year after year, Fontainebleau makes waves for its epic New Year’s Eve parties—and 2024 proves to be no different. Cardi B and award-winning producer DJ Gryffin are headlining, ringing in 2024 with a virtual ball drop and countdown as the champagne flows. Premium tickets start at $200 and include a premium open bar, while VIP packages start at $5,000 (but can go all the way up to $35K!). The resort is also offering a Family Experience for $349pp that includes a buffet dinner from 8 to 11pm and premium open bar for adults. 

In addition, Offset will be performing at LIV to ring in the new year. Tickets start at  $125 while tables start at $5,000.

6.  New Year's Eve Live! at Vivo! Dolphin Mall

Why party at one place on New Year's Eve, when you can party at multiple? Vivo! is hosting a New Year's Eve bash sponsored by Miller Light where your ticket grants you access to a number of venues within Dolphin Mall's entertainment plaza, including Sports & Social and PBR, Miami's only cowboy bar. 7.  Dreamland NYE

Who needs one night of parties when you can have four!? Dreamland is Miami’s ultimate LGBTQ+ New Year’s Eve festival. From December 28 through January 1, you can dance the day and night away from South Beach to Wynwood to the likes of Purple Disco Machine, Anabel Englund and KC Lights, with a special DJ set by Trixie. 8.  Magic City Hippies at Miami Beach Bandshell

Groove into 2024 at the Miami Beach Bandshell with Magic City Hippies, returning to the oceanfront stage for their second annual New Year’s Eve celebration. Doors open at 8pm, at which point Miami’s hometown psyche-funk trio will take the stage along with some other local favorites. Tickets start at $37.50.

9.  The Golden Majesty Ball at Queen Miami Beach

If glamorous is the only way you like to describe your New Year's Eve plans, then mark your calendar for The Golden Majesty Ball. More than 15 exquisite performers, musicians, and dancers will take the stage, providing you with over-the-top entertainment as you dine on a multi-course tasting menu. There are two seatings: 6PM and 9pm, but note that the second seating will also require a table minimum. Haute couture black tie is not suggested, but required. 

10.  Tropicana at Seaspice

Ring in 2024 Havana style at Seaspice. The lively riverside restaurant is hosting a New Year's Eve celebration inspired by the iconic Cuban cabaret. Dine and dance all night to Latin beats with a waterside view. Buxom beauties attract well-oiled, deep-pocketed sugar daddies, and the studs also get rewarded for their packaging. In addition to the restaurant and beach club, there’s a club and lounge for when the party moves inside.

Sunday belongs to Nikki Beach. Its weekly party, known as “Amazing Sundays,” starts with brunch at 11am and goes till 3am. Kudos if you can make it that long. But if you can only hang for a few hours, we recommend catching the tail end of brunch and then lounging around on the sand. Maybe a quick dip in the ocean before you call it a day?

Speaking of brunch, it’s not to be missed. Nikki Beach does a buffet-style spread. There’s an omelet station, a waffle station, bacon, sausage, fresh fish, French toast, freshly carved prime rib, sushi, shrimp, paella, a salmon station, cheese, dessert and don’t you dare forget about the mimosas.

What to wear

Nikki Beach is literally on the beach—like, on the sand. So beach attire is totally acceptable. But it’s still an upscale place. So think beach-chic rather than family vacation to Naples. The same day, Combs posts a statement on Instagram broadly denying all the allegations in the mounting series of lawsuits. “I did not do any of the awful things being alleged,” the post says. “I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Officials did not say whether the raids were prompted by the civil lawsuits, but Combs’ attorneys said they believed they were.

A woman alleges in another lawsuit that in 2003 when she was 17, Combs and two other men raped her. The lawsuit filed in federal court in Manhattan says she was living in a Detroit suburb and was flown to a New York studio, where she was given drugs and alcohol that made her incapable of consenting to sex, and the men took turns raping her.

The same day, Combs posts a statement on Instagram broadly denying all the allegations in the mounting series of lawsuits. ''I did not do any of the awful things being alleged,'' the post says. "I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.''

A music producer files a lawsuit alleging Combs sexually assaulted him and forced him to have sex with prostitutes. Homeland Security Investigations serves search warrants in early morning raids on Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami in what officials tell The Associated Press is a sex-trafficking investigation. Combs was at one of his homes in Miami at the time. His two sons, at his home in Los Angeles, were handcuffed during the search, Combs' attorneys said. Officials did not say whether the raids were prompted by the civil lawsuits, but Combs' attorneys said they believed they were.

Combs' lawyer calls the raids ''a gross use of military-level force'' and says Combs is ''innocent and will continue to fight'' to clear his name. The attorney, Aaron Dyer, says there is "no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.''

A lawsuit that names Combs as a co-defendant alleges that his son Christian ''King'' Combs sexually assaulted a woman working on a yacht chartered by his father. The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court says Sean Combs created the circumstances that led to the assault and paid to cover it up afterward. An attorney for the two men calls the allegations ''outrageous.''

CNN airs video that shows Combs attacking Ventura in a hotel hallway in 2016. The video closely mirrors an assault described in her lawsuit, which said Combs had already punched her that night, and she was trying to leave the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles when he woke and came after her. In the footage, a man who appears to be Diddy, wearing only a towel, punches Ventura, kicks her, and throws her on to the floor. The lawsuit alleges Combs paid $50,000 to take away the video at the time. Combs' representatives had no immediate comment.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office says it cannot prosecute Combs for the attack shown in the video due to statute of limitation, noting that no case had been presented to prosecutors.

Combs posts a video on Instagram and Facebook apologizing for the assault on Ventura. It's his first real acknowledgement of wrongdoing since the recent stream of allegations began.

At the request of New York Mayor Eric Adams, Combs returns a key to the city. Adams sent letters to Combs rescinding the honor as part of the fallout of the leak of the video of Combs beating Cassie. Adams says he was ''deeply disturbed'' by the video. Adams awarded Combs with the key at a ceremony in 2023.

A day earlier, Howard University announced it had rescinded an honorary degree given to Combs and disbanded a scholarship program in his name.

As part of a multi-faceted pushback against the lawsuits filed against him, Combs asks a federal judge to throw out the February lawsuit from the music producer. His lawyers say the suit was overrun with ''tall tales,'' ''lurid theatrics,'' ''legally meaningless allegations'' and ''blatant falsehoods'' whose intent is only to ''generate media hype and exploit it to extract a settlement."

Diddy is sued by singer Dawn Richard in a case describing years of psychological and physical abuse, including groping, that she says she suffered as he helped launch her career. If you are thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you will be quarantined until the boat can safely return to dock and the cruise will be subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing so. Credit Card & ID:

You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. By purchasing tickets to a VIP Nightlife Event, you understand and agree that tickets are non-refundable and you are assuming the risk that you may not be able to use tickets purchased if you contract COVID-19 or variants alike. You further agree that you will not attend any VIP Nightlife event if you currently have symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to attending and/or have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed the CDC recommended quarantine period. Be advised attendees may be required to show proof of vaccine and/or a negative test result. Event Booking:

By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you're entitled to entry to event you're purchasing it for. If cancellation or transfer request is approved, promoter reserves the right to charge a $10 administrative fee for its time, in addition to charging a $10 restocking fee per ticket if tickets are placed back on sale. Release of Liability:

By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite, you hereby release and forever discharge Promoter from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the event’s Promoter. By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite for this event, you hereby release and forever discharge event Promoter, and their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

By Purchasing tickets for this event, ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event Promoter, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Collections & Legal Action Against Debt:

Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the Promoter's account and given back to you, you owe the Promoter that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined below. If you owe money to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are sent to collection or there is legal action taken against you, you are fiscally responsible for any and all legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed by you. Promoter's collection’s agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt is paid. Once an account has been placed in collections, the only way to get yourself out of Collections is to pay the debt owed by you to the collections agency.

Arbitration Agreement:

In the event there are any legal disputes against Promoter, by agreeing to this Purchase Policy, you agree that such disputes will be arbitrated. You further agree that the location of arbitration will be set in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability:

If any clause, aspect, part or provisions of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of this Purchase Policy remains in full binding effect, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit the enforcement of said clause that required modification and of the agreement as a whole.
