If you and a large group are looking for a fun activity for a special occasion, event or just to have a great day on a boat - Tiki is the way to go! The team is great to work with to coordinate and the services on the boat are awesome where they stay out of your way and let you feel like the boat is yours but have great customer service for the open bar etc. Playing your own music and having plenty of room to dance was a huge plus for our group looking to have a fun time! Lots of indoor and outdoor space so the group can flow throughout the boat as they please. We have done events with them 7x for my friends birthday and every experience is better than the last!

We had a great experience with them. Our original plans fell through (a concert) and we needed to make a last minute shift to Tiki Mermaid. They were wonderful on the phone and their quote / email / payment options were easy to navigate. They were fantastic. They are NOT the cheapest, but their costs matched their value and service and were worth every single penny spent. Highly recommend this company! We picked the Tiki Too as it had an open deck on the top to experience the sky / stars as we did the evening cruise.

I had heard about their fun cruises and theming, and I'm SO glad I was a guest at their St Patty's cruise! The decor around the boat had me taking so many pictures, the food was fresh and DELICIOUS and on theme (shout out to the honey-glazed carrots, sliders and roasted potatoes) The staff was super great energy and they were on it (shoutout to Allisen, who really brought the vibe!!) And Melody and Crystal were awesome! Captain Vince sailed us to a great time and amazing views, I can't wait to come back again!!

I have used them a few times and I have had excellent customer service. I am always promised some discount for being a returning guest but I never actually see it. Last charter I hurt myself and no one even reached out to ask if I was ok. That turned me off. However....... Once you are set, day of cruise is pretty smooth. 2 floor deck boats available for charter. Bar is diligent and fast, be mindful of drink packages as you favorite liquor is more likely not on there. To get my money's worth I am doing a round of shots every 30 minutes. Overall, they are a well respected cruise charter. All of their captains, I have had have been cool. So the boat ride is chill as well.

Just hosted a 30th birthday on the Tiki Too and had a fun time. For the most honest review here's what I thought: We rented out the whole boat and it was not cheap, but it was a fun experience. Pros: -Easy and smooth communication, the response time is quick and they are knowledgeable. -Everything was as promised, they did arrive back to the dock 15 min early but didn't push us out until our time. -Food was pretty good, and it did stay warm. -Drinks and bartender were great. I felt like there was a nice range of alcohol and he worked fast and was friendly. -They let us play our own music through Bluetooth which worked out nice, you can hear the music from the top deck which is nice. Cons: -No balloons or decorations allowed to be hung on the boat. They did let me know about the balloons a few days out. -Tons of food left over that I thought they'd pack up for me to take home, that didn't happen (probably the biggest con for me as we paid so much for food). -They promised a cake service, I thought that meant they would cut the cake but they just gave me the knife and some plates, which was fine but I was just under the impression they'd do that service. -Not too much space inside, if you are over 6'4 it may be hard to stand inside as ceilings aren't super high but there's a lovely deck at the top. To no fault of their own it was pretty gloomy out and cold wish there was more visibility out but it was really fun. Everyone had a nice time and all in all I would recommend and come back! FYI: You can bring your own food but you do need to pay for the trays for them to sit in.

Thank you Tiki Too for hosting our 15th Anniversary Company Party! We had a great time, the service was great. Also thanks to our DJ for keeping the great music going.

Spent this past Saturday evening on sunset cruise celebrating a gender reveal and quasi wedding celebration for my son and daughter-in-law. A wonderful time was had by the approximately 40-50 guest. The evening provided for a spectacular climate, sunset and ambiance to achieve the goal that was intended. Intimate and accommodating allowing for comfortable environment where ever you were seating or standing. The food was provided by the host from a local eatery and was extremely tasty. The bar was open and it seemed everyone had a refreshing beverage in their hands with no complaints. If your intentions is to have a memorable fun time with friends and family the Tiki Mermaid should be on the list as an option.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND HUSTLERS!!! Absolutely horrific customer service. Will blackmail you and ask for crazy up charges blaming random things on you and your people that will charter this boat. The booze is watered down. The general consensus from 30 people was that the hard liquor was greatly watered down. Once people switched to the tekate we actually got a buzz. The food was cold, and clearly came from frozen aisle. Not cooked at all. This whole operation is a scam, with very nasty mean workers. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend them!!! We were going to have a Ash Scattering At Sea. After they took our deposit of $500, we found out about the special permits that were required for our ash scattering and especially because the death certificate was over 2 years old and from out of state, etc. When we let Tiki Mermaid know the obstacles we ran into and could not move forward they would not refund our deposit. We found out this information 10 days after we reserved the date. It was during the holidays and the government offices were not open on all weekdays which we explained to Tiki Mermaid. They didn't care!! WE are senior citizens and definitely feel we were taken advantage of. In addition, they were given 40 days notice before the event. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! Marilyn K

Hi Marilyn, We have policies in place and we make sure our clients sign our booking documents before placing a deposit. In the booking documents, it states that “All cancellations must be made at least 45 days in advance. No exceptions.” Additionally, our booking documents state that the client is responsible for delivering the ashes and the disposition to WLC. When your husband booked with us on 12/19, he signed the documents that were presented to him. Additionally, 6 days prior to booking, our event coordinator sent your husband an email informing him that he would need an ash scattering permit for Orange County, as he had told her that the ashes would be coming from out of state. We have had plenty of clients who booked ash scatterings before and after your husband who were able to get the necessary permits, even during the holidays. We do our very best to cater to our guests. We offered to hold your deposit until you had obtained the permit, so you could book at a later date. What we will not cater to, is threatening and blackmailing our employees and company because you didn’t read our booking documents before signing.

From start to finish, my experience with this company was absolutely fantastic! I organized a sunset ride for a group of 22 people, and it was truly amazing. The staff was friendly, and the food was delightful. I am looking forward to doing it again in the future!
