Shane placed me in contact with James Schwartz, Sr Consultant. James was amazing to work with. He answered every question I threw his way. A bad experienceI had hired Jeff from Bay Area to sell my boat. Jeff instead helped me help me sell my vessel ...I had a bad experience, and I wasted my time for nearly a year with this business I would not suggest. Do your advertising and avoid wasting your time. Easy experienceA simple and easy experience. Loren was an absolute pleasure working with me from my initial inquiry through the closing. Sellers were beneficial, and the boat was in perfect in excellent condition. Poor compared to the reachGarbage. The "We add our commission on top" technique is attractive. However, it's not practical in reality. Beware of this sales gimmick. This artificially high price discourages buyers from making a deal they would generally consider at the average (non-POP) cost. If they decide to submit an offer, POP would still be looking for their share of the commission, and therefore sellers are left with the burden of paying. I've had the pleasure of dealing with several POP agents and reps; they're incredibly shady and misleading. Another thing they won't inform you of is that they don't promote on YachtWorld. They have a website, which is poor compared to the reach of listings on YachtWorld. It was a pleasant experienceAngie and Lauren from Pop Yachts are 15 out of 10! Both went the extra mile to aid me in my decision-making process and concluded the transaction smoothly with the appropriate amount of accurate and timely details. It was a pleasant experience. I'm very disappointed.I have a long tale and lots of running around. Then, when I declared that I wanted to inspect the boat in the event of potential purchase consideration, I was informed that the ship was under contract. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THE BOAT WAS UNDER CONTRACT IN THE FIRST PLACE? I'm very disappointed. The second salesperson was excellentIn the final analysis, using Pop Yachts worked well - they assisted in the identification of a buyer who was worthy and negotiated the price and was highly efficient in executing to close the deal. However, the initial salesperson I worked with over nine months was inconsistent, not a good communicator for prospects, and was generally ineffective. The second salesperson was excellent and completed the sale in just a few months. Overall, the experience was poor all around. The sales rep (buyer agent) was not quick to respond to emails and would often forget the attachment to his email claimed was attached. Invitations to visit and try the boat showed the boat's location in the incorrect marina. This was not noted by the POP Rep on-site in two instances. POP did not influence the vendor since it took about a month to complete the transaction, even though my funds were in escrow. Overall, the experience was poor all around. This is a prank. BEWARE!I put my boat up for sale on different websites. Pop called me asking me to allow them to post it too. After the first week, nobody came to the event to take pictures. I was again contacted one week later and told that their "best guy" would reach out. In the meantime, I'm heading back to the north, and I've already placed the boat in storage. I'm still receiving emails even after requesting that they take my name off their list of contacts, and one of them acknowledged it. BEWARE! ! This is a prank. The buyer must be awareSend an "alternate" list of overpriced boats. Two times, the boats advertised were sold. A second offer was made but not accepted by the buyer because it appeared to be "too low." There are a lot of comments on forums for boating that say brokers usually write reviews, and the buyer must be knowledgeable. They must provide all requests, and the buyer must know market conditions. Great people.Pop Yachts did a very great job with my experience in purchasing. There was only one issue: nobody at the dock the day I went to look around and pick the yacht up. The company claims that this happened on a Saturday, so I suppose it was expected since they didn't have an agent in the region. Concerning everything else, as far as the purchase was concerned, they dealt with everything swiftly and professionally. I was grateful for their assistance with this purchase. The people I spoke to were highly knowledgeable. I got the documents, and it appears that everything is in order. Great people. At first, I wasn't sure about the need to work with an agentAt first, I wasn't sure about the need to work with an agent. But when the procedure progressed, I was happy to be able to POP and Scott to my side. The process went smoothly, and I am now a lovely vessel's proud owner wife and I was both sad when our 28-foot Bayliner was destroyed in a storm that was not named that had winds of 80 MPH. However, we are delighted to have a new 28-foot Sea-Ray and are looking towards the coming boating season. My calls, messages, and emails were not answered promptlyMy calls, messages, and emails were not answered promptly—prolonged communication. The salesperson was extremely friendly. However, I'm not looking to make friends. I'm looking to purchase a boat, and things went down quite quickly online while waiting for my phone calls, messages, or emails to be answered. I didn't get a second vessel. Sorry if this sounds like quite a harsh critique, but that's how things went. A few days wastedAs a seller, I'd never list a boat on POP Yachts again. I'm sure that buyers have the same thing. The process took five times longer and did not materialize. They repeatedly asked for an extension of the agreement, with the possibility of verifying the buyer's funds. 4.5 months later, I chose to cancel my listing. A few days wasted, Do yourself a favor and join a different company! Advertising is not up to scratch!Advertising is not up to scratch! The chaparral 260ssi from 2002 has 276 hours and 827 !! (i have evidence) After spending a lot of money (a thousand to a few thousand) and agreeing to a price, they go away and don't seem to care about their loss as buyers. They are also opposed to communication because they're at fault. They are just trying to sell, earn their commission, and don't care about other things. Avoid them!! Would need to complete the paperwork on my ownPop Yachts was outstanding at helping us pick the right boat. But, the closing of the transaction took two months to complete. I still don't have my license to register the vessel under my name. It was a constant call to inquire with all the girls at the office the same questions, day in and day out. In the end, I'd probably hire them again, but I would need to complete the paperwork independently. It was extremely smoothAs a buyer, I experienced no problems dealing with the POP Yachts... the only reason I didn't give them five stars is that the title transfer can take a little longer than purchasing directly through the dealer. The overall experience for me was easy, Ana did a great job coordinating the closing process, and Ty was fantastic. I was a bit concerned about working with a broker after reading all the negative reviews. However, it was extremely smooth...again as a purchaser, not a seller; it'll be a different experience. We're enjoying using the new vessel! We have been looking for an exact boat for a long time, and Pop is a reliable source for the Florida market for ships effectively. Paul, our Pop Yachts contact, was accommodating in bridging crucial communications between the seller and us. We found the vessel of interest on the web and inquired about it; Paul contacted me promptly and was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and supported by a top Pop team to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible. We're enjoying using the new vessel! Brain dead to handleBrain dead to handle. I asked for the bare minimum information on an offer ( multiple times ), but no follow-up. The seller was a petty one who listed with them! The boat is not sold, and I cannot even have someone answer my basic questions regarding the ship. They continue to send me additional listings to check out despite my request to stop. This is a terrible company! This could be the most unprofessional brokerThis could be the most unprofessional broker I've dealt with. They send numerous emails that are confused often and cancel appointments frequently. Also, I schedule appointments for times that they've informed me there's no time. Four (4) weeks of requesting to visit five (5) "vessels," I haven't seen any. The only appointment that wasn't canceled was that the representative wasn't located at the contact number I was given. I wouldn't recommend using them.I would if I had the option of rating lower than one star. They lack integrity in the eyes of the buyer. A single agent covers an extensive territory and represents many buyers. They could be in a similar boat. The agent's job is to represent you as a buyer. However, they will take a long time to position you as they wait for new offers. They don't update you, and you must follow them constantly. I wouldn't recommend using them. The sales Rep was not knowledgeable or willing to complete the legworkThe sales Rep was not knowledgeable or willing to complete the legwork. She kept accusing the owner of not responding or providing him with the information I was looking for. It was very shady to share the owner's knowledge. When I finally got the owner's phone number, I found him friendly and eager to answer my questions. I explained my situation, and he claimed to have never been asked about any issues I'd asked the agent about. I would have opted for a different broker if I was not looking for the boat they had advertised. Positively the closing coordinator and office staff were easy to work with professionally. I believe that the salesperson should be working on a used vehicle lot. If I could only give zero startIf I could only give zero stars, I'd do it. Jack Osteen kept harassing me to get my boat sold through his text messages and continued to harass me, even after I asked him to stop. It eventually to the point that I became angry. I wouldn't offer my business to someone such as that. No, stop texting means that you stop texting. It isn't a requirement to continue messaging to gain your desired outcome. I have a screenshot of his number and his name to demonstrate it. Don't believe the information they give you. Please don't believe the information they give you. Get it down in writing first. Put it all down in writing. And there are too many net numbers around. Please look at the figures before weighing anything, or else it will be ( but don't forget things ). Make a list of your possessions and boat toys, or else they could disappear. Chips can be traded on you as well. Review all your possessions and do not listen to their advice about them. It's a fine thing. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using POP Yachts when searching for a new boat. The salesperson was there at the right time to take excellent photos. His follow-up calls were terrific when there was a potential buyer. When I had a strong proposal, and it was time to present the boat and show it, the salesperson didn't lead to the ship. I showed him the boat, performed the demo, and sold myself. I received a text from him 45 minutes into the demonstration, and he told me that he had overslept. This is not working, in my opinion. Nisha was fantastic in executing the closing. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using POP Yachts when searching for a new boat. I enjoyed working withMark Eleffsen was one of the top salesmen I enjoyed working with. He always replied promptly to my way and was never in a hurry to make the sale. The finance department was a bit sloppy in my situation because there was much communication. It took them nearly two months to prepare the paperwork and send me the boat's title. Pop Yachts did a good jobPop Yachts did an excellent job putting my boat up on their website, but all of the work was entirely for the buyer. With a commission of $2500, I would have preferred somebody from the company to take care of some personal things, such as meeting the surveyor and potential buyers. The closing documents had an incorrect address that they rectified. My broker did not contact me following the selling of the boat to express congratulations or even a thank you. Capt. Mark is the most professionalCapt. Mark is the most professional. I've worked with him for nearly one year to find my boat. He was on hand at night or day to answer my questions. I highly recommend Mark! I had a challenging closing that was plagued by numerous problems. It took me months to sort out with little or any assistance from pop boats. I was even paid a fee for closing. The seller promised me a lot of things that no one was able to keep up with. He dropped Popyachts after three months. We only had one show in six months. Our rep was ignorant of boats. She was on the dock and demanded: "the captain" (the owner) show us her craft! Communication was poor and slow all over all levels. Many Popyacht executives and representatives seemed like they were smug or overly defensive. Contract changes took a long time to complete. The rep supervisor's emails or the main office did not get a response. We needed to contact them multiple times to end the contract. Pop yachts claimed that they didn't cost us any amount. They cost us the top-selling season. Our slip neighbor was more thoughtful. He dropped Popyachts after three months. They don't have any knowledge of the boats they offerThey don't have any knowledge of the boats they offer. They contact people who have added to them and then switch it to pop yachts. They don't know what they're selling and are knowingly misleading about the boat. I drove 3/12 hours to view a ship advertised as having 500 hours on motors. When I looked at the gauges, they indicated 1950 hours. The broker I had contact with was Mike Powell down in south Florida. Do not get involved with this person or Jenny Hays. Bradley Vincent of Pop Yachts was a great helpBradley Vincent of Pop Yachts was a great help with the boat I was considering. The deal was concluded until the lender made a mistake. Sorry that it didn't occur, but I'll be in contact with Bradley shortly. Communtication and Knowledge ProblemsThe representative for the region. I purchased a boat through Pop Yachts, and at the beginning, everything seemed satisfactory. They told me to reach out to the agent listing the ship to make an appointment to visit the vessel. It worked, but then it became apparent that the agent representing the listing was entirely on the seller's side. There was no representation on my side, which will never happen again. The problem began because the agent listing Pop Yachts was not on the same page with the office. He would say something, and his counterpart at the Pop Yacht office would tell me something completely different. The pace of things slowed down at the time of closing the same way I did. I was required to make 99 percent of my phone calls to discover what was going on, as they were too busy to respond to calls. I'm going to reconsider using Pop Yachts in the future. The article is unlikely to be releasedI am currently searching for a diesel-powered pusher, and whenever I see an RV with a pop as the seller, I look. The article is unlikely to be released, but if for any reason, I'd recommend staying clear of them. These salespeople for used cars are among the most difficult to handle. They were meant to be an exciting experience and transformed into a total failure. If you're either a buyer or seller, avoid them. All in all, I'm satisfied with the service offered by POP!All in all, I'm satisfied with the service offered by POP! I found myself in a situation where I didn't have enough time to market my RV myself, and I needed to relocate it within some time. The POP team did an excellent job marketing the RV and managing the closing process. It cost me a small amount of money. However, it removed the majority of the stress of selling from me. I can also tell you from experience that the buyer was pleased with the result and POP. POP transaction. Don't waste time!We listed our boat in July. Our salesperson informed us that our ship was supposed to be listed at a much higher price than the amount we started at. She told us that she would sell it in two weeks at this price. We are just before the end of October, and after two price drops to $10,000, we have decided to end our contract. Many promises, but no results! Don't waste time! Nobody has ever stepped foot on our boat. This is an unending nightmare that will never be over.I was sold a boat with an unpaid title that was not cleared. There were leins due to the seller's delinquent property taxes. I've been unable to transfer the ownership or obtain a correct registration because of this lapse in judgment. This has led to thousands of dollars in fines by the licensing department. I think a brokerage should verify all information on the property they represent. This is an unending nightmare that will never be over. Title and registration nightmareExcellent experience for my wife and me. It has become a nightmare for the losing team. The sales representative and Closing associate responded to every question we asked, and emails were replied to within under 24 hours. The biggest problem was the title and registration documents we paid Pop Yachts to complete. The papers took almost an entire month to finish, and sure of our records were not properly filed. We needed to mail them new documents nearly a month after the sale. It is recommended to purchase your boat via Pop Yachts for safety. However, ithandlinghe the title and registration papers in case you wish to have them completed within the timeframe you want them to be. is recommended It's a disaster! They offered me a boat and a trailer, but the title is not clear or transferable on the trailer. It's a disaster! I've spent more than 1 1/2 years trying to resolve this issue (Covid issues had an impact). The Lien Holder has not responded as they cannot obtain an identification Tag for the trailer and cannot contact PopYachts. I suggest you avoid Gary Lochte, the Broker. Absolutely the worst business ethics I've seen. The brokerage played on the widow's feelings and sold the boat for 50% of its fair market value. The commissions they paid were over 40% of the amount Sellar got. If you're selling, be aware that these individuals only care for themselves and make their money without consideration for the interests of the boat owner. In any other profession, they'd be in jail! The worst business ethics I've seen. It was a complete wasted time watching the market fall in value!I sold my boat through Pop Yachts and had an awful experience with the agent who listed my boat. It was a completelysted time watching the market fall in value! I received more than forty "buyer registration, and nobody saw them. The listing agent did not respond to my emails to their supervisor. The experience was beyondThe experience was beyond our expectations right from the start with the initial inquiry on the process of creating an offer to purchase our boat. Each time I called for help, they answered the phone and acknowledged my name. My salesperson Jim Spicer was very responsive and did a great job taking the pictures and videos on my vessel. The person who purchased my boat told me they believed it was my video which had the most influential factor in her decision to visit the boat in person and ultimately buy our boat. John Lombardi made the process more accessible of the buyer's offer and the final sale agreement. Not to mention, Christine Harrower, our closing advocate, did an excellent job in ensuring we had the proper documents to fill out and provided precise instructions on what documents to send her daily updates to us every day on the progress of closing. I recommend this business to anyone interested in buying or selling an RV or boat. Extremely knowledgeable and friendlyI've never heard of Pop Yachts before but was advised by one of my friends. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their assistance will allow you to gain access to a wider market. The process is simple and fast. They manage the majority of customer interactions and only send valid offers to me for attention. It was worth every cent. The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is new to the cruising scene—its first superyacht, Evrima , launched in 2022, and Ilma is the second in its quickly expanding fleet, which is meant to provide all the luxury and freedom of a private yacht with the refinement and service Ritz-Carlton is known for. And I have to say they’re nailing it—I truly felt like I was aboard a yacht more than a cruise ship. All of the spaces are designed with intimacy in mind and you can tell. Tell us about the ship in general . She’s sleek, she’s sexy, and she has a hotelier’s touch. I stayed at Hôtel Arts Barcelona , a Ritz-Carlton flagship, before Ilma departed, and being onboard felt like a natural extension of the hotel. Everything felt comfortable but not at the expense of style. My mind immediately goes to the director-style dining chairs on deck outside Mistral, the restaurant on deck 10, which were not only designed specifically for Ilma —sleek chrome for the base and classic nautical stripes for the cushions—but improved upon from Evrima for new dimensions catering to comfort. I also can’t rave enough about the linens throughout the ship, from the napkins to the sheets to the bathrobe (more on this later). All of the decks on board are expansive but never feel overcrowded—the loungers, couches, and tables are arranged to create pockets of intimate spaces, so you never feel like there are 400 other passengers onboard. There are 10 decks in total, the upper deck (10) and lower decks (3-5) being the most social—the main pool deck is on top, with loungers spanning along both sides of the ship and smaller tables between. At the bow, there’s the observation deck, cleverly hidden on the far side of the pool, with couches and its own bar. It’s so private, you almost feel like you might be in the wrong place (replaced quickly by the feeling that this is now your own little secret). The lower decks house most of the restaurants, the fitness studio and spa, and the smaller (infinity) pool deck, as well as the Living Room, which has smaller groupings of couches and tables, separated by natural parts of the architecture, like pillars and bookshelves, so you feel like you’re in, well, someone’s well-appointed family room. Every design decision feels purposeful because, of course it is. Taking what they learned from Evrima and her guests, the Yacht Collection expanded much of Ilma ’s capacity to respond to what passengers gravitated toward the most, doubling the size of the fitness studios, the number of spa treatment rooms, and and the amount loungers on deck, for which I was grateful. I was relieved not to have to wake up at dawn to stake my claim on a seat. Who is onboard? Mostly couples, a few families, and a handful of solo travelers, all ranging in age. We had a lot of longtime Ritz loyalists, many who’d never cruised before, finally willing to give it a shot, thanks to Ilma . Describe the cabins . Spacious, airy, plenty of room to breathe. My cabin— a Grand Suite —had both dining and living areas, in addition to a bedroom that I could close off while sleeping, avoiding any of the gorgeous Mediterranean sunlight let in by the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door too early in the morning. Running the whole width of the suite, the door opened onto a balcony to rival the decks above. I had two loungers and two armchairs all to myself, of which I made ample use. I appreciated the two separate closet spaces (more than I have in my current apartment) that had drawers and hanging space—with enough hangers!—in addition to open shelving, which I used as easy access for the items I reached for the most: jewelry, bags, a sarong for the pool. As for the linens, they were all from Frette , including the bathrobe, which now has the distinction of being the most comfortable robe I’ve ever used and made me realize how scratchy other robes turn out to be. The color scheme was, like the rest of the superyacht, refined and understated—soft grays, whites, with a pop of color from the teal couch. In the bathroom, I relished using the Diptyque products present during every shower, though I did have to hunt for the waste bin, which turned out not to be a separate receptacle but a drawer that was part of the vanity and took some getting used to. Tell us about the crew. They were attentive and engaged but not overbearing and often knew what I wanted before I did (thinking of the iced oat milk latte I was offered one morning on the pool deck—it turned out to be just what I needed). We were told some of the crew had come from other Ritz properties, and I could tell a few were still getting their sea legs but were well on their way to adapting to the ship. My suite ambassador, Horacio, was a particular standout, always anticipating what I’d need for the coming day—an extra bottle of Moët early on, then a fresh bottle of sparkling water later. He also made sure my welcome-night dress was freshly pressed in time for dinner and the following party, which I was especially grateful for, as there was no iron in the suite (there are two in the guest launderette, though). What food and drink options are available on board? You’ll never want for a drink or snack on Ilma . There are five restaurants, all with distinctive types of cuisine—Tides, Memorī, Beach House, Mistral, and the pièce de resistance: Seta su Ilma . Headed up by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi, Seta is the only restaurant on board that requires an additional fee to dine there, and I’d recommend making a reservation as soon as you embark. I experienced Seta (and it truly is an experience ) my last night on the superyacht, and it was quite the send-off. Dinner is an 11-course tasting menu with a wine pairing for every course, so everyone told me to eat light the day of, and I’m glad I did, especially since my favorite course (Wagyu beef calabrese) came last before dessert. Seta was the most intimate of the restaurants with only ~40 seats, and all of the tables had staggered seating times. Our (chatty) table was one of the later seatings, and we closed down the restaurant. And when you’re more parched than peckish, there are six bars aboard, most adjacent to their respective restaurants. My favorite was the Marina Bar, in the aft of the ship. Two of the walls transform out into open-air decks with glass paneling beneath you, so you can get a glimpse of the water below while you sip your cocktail of choice (mine was naturally a piña colada). Is there a spa on board and is it worth visiting? Yes and yes—treatments available include the usual suspects, like massages and facials, as well as salon services for both men and women. The Barber—an extension of the Pisterzi brand , which has locations in New York and Milan—and The Salon are the go-to spots for haircuts, shaves, manicures, and all grooming needs in between. (I heard nothing but rave reviews about The Barber from the men aboard—I heard some variation of “best shave of my life” every time.) There’s also a steam room and sauna (one of each for men and women), which you can enjoy even without another treatment booked. I’m always carrying around a tight back, so I was delighted to be treated to a deep muscle massage and finally feel my shoulders fall below my ears. Before my treatment, my massage therapist asked the usual questions—any injuries, which spots needed the most work, etc.—but then she applied two different oils and asked which I liked better. The one I chose meant my body needed relaxing, naturally. During the treatment, there was a bowl of rose petals on the floor below my head, which I found to be a nice touch. The massage itself was just the amount of pressure I like—a lot—without verging into too much . Afterward, the steam room and sauna were offered to me, but I was eager to heat up by the pool instead. What about activities and entertainment? You won’t find a theater or auditorium onboard Ilma and that’s because life is best lived on the decks, so I found—catching sun by one of the two pools or taking advantage of the adult playground that is the “aquabana”—a floating lounge space off the aft of the ship where you can swim in the sea, kayak, paddleboard, or relax with your feet in the water under one of the cabanas. These are common on private yachts, and in keeping with giving passengers a taste of the yachting lifestyle, Ilma acquired the largest one made yet (so I’m told). There was plenty of live music throughout the voyage: a DJ by the pool deck or a live band in the Living Room— Ilma ’s central lounge space with a coffee bar and rotating gelato flavors by day and a busy cocktail bar by night. When you’ve had enough sun (hard to imagine, I know), there’s not only a gym but spinning and movement studios, all expanded on Ilma , due to their popularity on Evrima . I had the best intention of spending one morning testing out a treadmill, but whenever I walked by, it seemed like the other guests had it under control. Instead, I power-walked the decks, taking in all the art—you can find an original Hockney, Warhol, and Picasso onboard—and window shopping at the Bvlgari boutique. How was the experience for families? Surprisingly welcoming! I did not expect to see so many families on board, but there was dedicated programming for children through Ritz Kids , as well as a number of children simply enjoying the amenities alongside the rest of us: dancing, swimming, and sipping juices. Where did it sail and how were the excursions? Did anything stand out? We sailed from Barcelona to Saint-Tropez, where we anchored overnight, before disembarking in Monte Carlo. The overnight port call in Saint-Tropez gave us plenty of time for both planned excursions, which ranged from winery tours to a pastry-making class, and taking the tender into town for your own exploring. For my excursion, I took a tour of nearby Port Grimaud, a planned community built in the ‘60s with a network of canals meant to mimic Venice, followed by a seafood tasting at a local restaurant before grabbing an digestif along the harbor back in Saint-Tropez with some of my fellow tour mates. What I really appreciated was how much time to wander we were given on our tour—we had portions of planned activities, like a boat tour through the aforementioned canals, but plenty of time for our own discovery. Are there any stand out sustainability or green initiatives about this cruise? Ilma is the first build in the collection to have a specialized gas system installed, which makes it flexible for current—and future—sustainable fuels, like bio- or synthetic fuels, and the next member of the fleet, Luminara (launching in 2025), will have the same. Finally, give a sentence or two on why the cruise is worth booking. A voyage on Ilma is worth booking to experience the luxury of the yachting lifestyle wherever, whenever—with the full service of a hotel. Concert review: K-pop group Tomorrow X Together are at the top of their gameTomorrow X Together World Tour Act: Promise In SingaporeSingapore Indoor Stadium Sept 7 Before a sold-out 9,200-strong crowd, boy band Tomorrow X Together, also known as TXT, showed why they have stormed the K-pop and global music scene in recent years. Since their debut in 2019, the band have clinched a string of accolades. They were named Best Asia Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2022 and went on to become the first South Korean group to headline Lollapalooza, one of the biggest music festivals in the United States, in 2023. The same year, they came in No. 7 on the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry’s Global Artist Chart. The band, with members aged 22 to 24, are on a high. And judging from their electrifying performance at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, where they also performed in 2023 during their previous Act: Sweet Mirage world tour, they are not losing steam. Here are three aspects of the quintet’s appeal that were apparent during the performance. 1. The cool kidsThese are five undeniably good-looking guys, with a mostly female fan base. Leader Soobin is known for his deep voice and cute dimples. Yeonjun, with his fiery-red hair, has a wholesome boy-next-door vibe, while Beomgyu’s sleek, ash-coloured mane looks straight out of an idol drama. Hueningkai, who is half-German, has the right mix of dorkiness and exoticism, while left-hander Taehyun has the confidence and debonair appeal of a leading man. Each is a pin-up, and together, they are like the stylish, out-of-your-league clique that the whole school cannot stop talking about. Donning flashy black blazers over white shirts and pants, they opened with the rousing Deja Vu. When performing Sugar Rush Ride in traditional Korean outfits, their choreography incorporated fans with flower designs, stirring up much excitement over which member flicked open his fan with the most suaveness (this reviewer’s vote goes to Soobin). During Magic, their oversized blue and white bomber jackets conveyed youthful energy, and were perfect for dropping over a shoulder or two at the opportune moment. They also shed the jackets to show off baggy T-shirts underneath. Although not a lot of skin was revealed, it was enough to elicit screams. 2. The dreamersOne of TXT’s draws is that they have aptly captured the heady rush of sweet infatuation commonly felt in one’s teenage years. The cutesy Cat & Dog conveys the cloying clinginess of liking someone so much that you want to be his or her pet, while Loser = Lover expresses a devil-may-care attitude emboldened by young romance. Dreamer depicts a protagonist on the cusp of adulthood, with big ambitions for the future. These tracks evoke a sense of wide-eyed optimism which is attractive and captivating. 3. The rock starsCountering the idealism, TXT’s music also conveys angst-ridden frustration with reality. New Rules, for example, is about charting one’s own path amid directions from teachers and authority figures, while the rock number Good Boy Gone Bad explodes with adolescent rage at life’s stress and expectations. The bass-heavy Growing Pain laments the inevitability of getting older, which it compares to free-falling into the void, depicted by a deep growl of exasperation. It is clear that TXT’s success does not come only from their comely looks. The Gen Zers have also given voice to the hopes and struggles of their generation. POP Yachts lists it for $90000. Thats how they make their commission. The difference is pop yachts goes out and takes detailed pics of every single surface of the boat - well over 100 pictures. the buyer will have a much better idea of the boat than my 20 odd CL pictures. They also check the specs and go over them.
I sold a boat that was listed solo by me and with pop yachts, I sold my boat to a buyer that I found and showed the vessel too. I do not think it was a good situation, I would not use pop yachts to sell again. I gave the pop yacht broker 1/2 of the suggested minimum at the time as he did show the vessel about 5 times. I have had great success with sailboatlistings.com but sometimes it's a ...
