The 63m/206'8" 'Utopia IV' motor yacht built by the Italian shipyard Rossinavi is available for charter for up to 12 guests in 6 cabins. This multi-award winning yacht features interior styling by Team 4 Design.

Offering an abundance of social and dining options, as well as a highly attentive crew, luxury charters aboard motor yacht Utopia IV are set to be truly magical whatever the destination. Her features include a children's playroom, underwater lights, beach club and gym.

Guest Accommodation

Built in 2018, Utopia IV offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin, three double cabins and one twin cabin. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

On your charter, you'll find plenty to keep you busy and entertained, notably a children's playroom, perfect for keeping younger guests happy and safe. Guests can enjoy a dip in the pool or head to the beach club and take advantage of indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. A gym with all the latest equipment is available for a good work out and in addition retreat to the deck jacuzzi and soak up the scenery.

Utopia IV benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter, notably satellite communications, keeping you connected on any voyage. Make your evenings more memorable with stunning underwater lights or whether you want to work, use social media or stream movies on board this yacht, you can with Wi-Fi connectivity. You can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by 4 x MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 24 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 33 knots with a range of up to 3,300 nautical miles at 15 knots. Her low draft of 2.2m/7'3" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

Set against the backdrop of your chosen cruising ground, you and your guests can enjoy fun on the water with the collection of water toys and accessories aboard Utopia IV. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Guests can experience the thrill and adventure of riding one of the WaveRunners. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Utopia IV also features fishing equipment and snorkelling equipment. Utopia IV has a 7.01m/23' Castoldi Tender to transfer you from ship to shore.

De Voogt Naval Architects is an international company specialized in the design of luxury motoryachts upto a length of 100 meters. All Yachts designed by De Voogt are fully detailed and custum built, for the exclusive export market.

Her interior design is by Anita's Interiors.

Luxury yacht Ferretti 530 was very keen to undertake in collaboration once again with AYT – Advanced Yacht Technology, Ferretti Group Engineering Division and Studio Zuccon International Project . The compact dimensions, 16 meters long and almost 5 meters wide, allow the 530 yacht to deliver grand Italian luxury and cruising immersed in such comfort until now unheard of in a yacht of this size.

Ferretti 530 yacht boasts three revolutionary innovations: the full beam master cabin with chaise longue and two large open view windows that make it a real suite at sea level bathed in light, tones and the natural essences of teak. Moving the galley from the center to the aft section creates a unique open space that includes the saloon, galley, cocktail bar and the dining area, the cockpit area continues thanks to the tilting window. Two Russian missiles hit a military academy today in Poltava, a city in eastern Ukraine, killing more than 50 people and injuring scores of others, Ukrainian officials said. Taking back the streets (for recess).

From stickball to double Dutch, playing in the street has long been a rite of passage in New York City. Now, a new city program is offering schools the authority to close streets to traffic and open them as a safe place for students to run around during recess .

This month, 71 streets are being taken over by children who are otherwise confined to a building. “They were so happy to be able to go outside, burn some steam and just have, like, that old-school feel of being able to go outside and enjoy yourself during lunch time,” one community school director said.
