Crew Chef required for a lovely 80m + dual season private/charter motor yacht.  

-We are looking for an organised and efficient Crew Chef with previous experience on similar sized vessels. You will be responsible for all crew food onboard and therefore must be confident in running this section of the galley independently to allow the Sous and Head Chef to focus on guest food – this said, you will be proactive, productive and able to work solo at times.  

-The successful candidate will be used to cooking for higher crew numbers but also have enough experience and confidence assist in other areas if needed. You will ideally have a few year's experience in the industry but could be newer if you have a good restaurant background and at least a year onboard.  

-You will liaise with the Sous Chef on crew menus, working closely to create delicious, varied meals for the crew. 

-Wonderful Captains, Head and Sous Chefs onboard who are all highly experienced, with a small tight-knit crew as well.

-You will already have your B1B2 in hand.  

-Salary 4,500 dollars per month. They have historically done very well with tips in the past too. 

-Start date will ideally be as soon as possible with candidates needing to start in the next week. 

-3:1 rotation on offer.

• The yacht is used privately but goes well off the beaten track, you must be happy to work in remote areas of the world.
• You must hold a SV EOOW / 2nd ticket or equivalent ticket. 
• You must also have prior yacht experience to be considered for this role. 
• The salary is €7,000 – €7,600 depending on experience. Full medical cover. 
• The position is a 2:2 rotation.

3rd / Tender Engineer – 80m – World cruising

We're working with a 75m+ yacht who are looking for a 3rd / tender engineer to join their team.

Sole Chef – 20m – Private/Charter – Michelin Experience

We are looking for a Sole Chef with a fine dining/Michelin background to join a 20m new build private/charter yacht. 

-This is a permanent role onboard, the vessel is single season with their busy periods being between October and August. It was launched towards the start of the year and is going into it’s first year of cruising. 

-You will be required to cook for both the crew of 3 as well as the guests who are massive foodies! When it comes to their preferences, they like fine dining so having a Michelin/high-end restaurant background would ideally be required. 

-The owners enjoy a variety of things when it comes to food, with the vessel also being a charter – we are looking for someone who has a broad cuisine knowledge. 

-Whilst your focus will mainly be on cooking, you may be required to lend a hand in other areas from time to time – for example, setting the table etc. This said, housekeeping and most service will mainly be done by the Deck/Stew. 

-The vessel will be cruising around St Vincent and Grenadines. The owners are really keen to push the charter side of things and already have bookings for this winter. 

-The salary on offer is depending on experience but is extremely competitive for this size of vessel. The owners want a top Chef and so they are happy to invest in their team!

– The leave will be 60 days.

-Brand new galley space that is open, with all new equipment and a healthy budget to get additional things if needed. 

-Ideally you will start in the next few months – they were looking at an October start date but they’re also happy to bring someone on sooner for the right candidate. 

-You must hold your B1B2 and Schengen visas in hand.

As a Villa Co-Manager, you will work alongside an experienced local Co-Manager who is enthusiastic about welcoming additional support. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the estate’s day-to-day operations, including planned maintenance and contractor coordination.

• Estate Management: Ensure the smooth running of the estate, focusing on planned maintenance.
• Contractor Coordination: Work with existing contractors for services including generators, electrical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, AVIT, pool maintenance, salon upkeep, and kitchen management.

• This is a fantastic vessel, with a very exciting itinerary, currently in the US with plans to cruise Hawaii soon

Housekeeper – Paris

We have a great new opportunity for an experienced Housekeeper to join this beautiful property overlooking the River Seine. You will be joining a small team of 2 other housekeepers in a property that is full of beautiful antiques.

We are looking for a Sole Chef to join a 28m private yacht in Spain ideally as soon as possible. 

This is a seasonal position for the summer (most likely ending in October) with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate.  

-You will be required to cook onboard the yacht for the summer months as well as potentially in the owner's home as they live by and could be offered to cook at the owners residences during the winter months too, if desired. This said, it can be a seasonal position only. 

-Experienced yacht owner who uses the yacht for himself and his family over the summer months. 

-The yacht operates with 4 crew in total. Captain, Deckhand/Engineer, Chef & Stew. The Deckhand/Engineer is currently on the yacht and this will be his 3rd season with the program. You will be sharing a cabin with the Stew. 

-The owners enjoy fresh, healthy Med style cuisine. They enjoy simpler styles of food so are by no means expecting Michelin star meals! They tend to eat healthy salads, pastas, grains and proteins. The crew food should reflect this also. 

-The owner has been using the vessel fairly frequently as it has been moored near their home, with a least a little day trip down to the vessel most days.

-The salary on offer is €5,000 -/+ depending on experience.

-Ideally you will be able to start within the next week or so.

• 45m Private US/Bahamas based motor yacht are looking for a 1st officer to join them as soon as possible, ideally within the next 2 weeks!

• OOW 3000 required as a minimum along with solid experience running a small team and good navigational/watch keeping experience

• Fantastic owner who uses the yacht around 4 months of the year with his family where they run with a relaxed working environment – This is not a party boat!

• The boat is currently US based and will cruise between Florida, the Caribbean, and Bahamas for the foreseeable

• Working alongside an excellent captain on a well-established program along with amazing owners who appreciate and reward longevity and hard work

• The owners enjoy fishing and diving so an interest in these areas would be advantageous, and a good knowledge of watersports set ups

• The role will be split between bridge and deck assisting the captain with bridge duties but also with a presence on deck overseeing a deck team of 3. They run with a Bosun and 2 deckhands on deck

• A 60m Private/Charter yacht is looking for a Deckhand to join them by the end of September.

• The vessel is both Med and Caribbean Cruising with both seasons being busy with a mixture of private and charter usage.

• This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known charter yacht with a big presence in the charter market and a fantastic reputation within the industry.

• The vessel has an excellent crew culture, led by a solid and experienced senior team alongside a lovely owner.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience on a vessel over 50m+ and have shown longevity in their previous position.

• You must have your Yacht Rating and B1B2 visa in hand to be considered

• On offer is a salary of €3,000 and a 5:1 rotation. There is also a discretionary 13th month bonus, along with an equal split of tips.

Temporary 3rd Engineer – 60m+ – Maintenance & Atlantic crossing

Engineer / Contract

We're working with a 60m+ yacht who are looking for a temporary 3rd engineer. 

• You will join the yacht for a yard period to complete warranty works, followed by an Atlantic crossing to the Caribbean along with the chief and 2nd engineer. 
• Lovely team and great captains. 
• You  must  have a minimum Engine Room Watch Rating certificate, if you hold your EOOW Unlimited ticket this will be seen as an advantage. AEC2 qualifications will not be considered. 
• The position requires prior yacht experience as you will be expected to be hands on and hit the ground running. 
• The contract will run for roughly 6-8 weeks. 
• Starting early September. 
• Salary is a day rate of €175.

Front of House – dining (both family and formal), residential, rooms (managing 2-4 staff), kitchen liaison (2 chefs)

Estate management; maintenance, plant, machinery, pool, grounds (managing 2-4 staff), dealing with contractors, arranging concierge requirements/transportation

This is a newly finished 6-bedroom villa; the primary residence for the Principal, wife, and young child. They like to entertain and you will be equally comfortable servicing the family requirements, as you will ensuring that Prime Ministers, Heads of State & Royalty feel equally well looked after.

The ideal scenario would be a couple; A Chief Stew with experience of Superyacht Interior management, and a First/Chief Superyacht Officer with a good mechanical and practical 'brain'.

Both need to be super organised, and able at short notice to handle the additional demands of welcoming guests at very short notice.

Flights, accommodation, vehicle etc all offered – as is a tax free salary and the opportunity to live and work in one of the most exciting places on the planet!

2nd Officer – World cruising – Rotational

• 70m Private World cruising yacht are looking for an experienced 2 nd officer holding CM unlimited to join them around the end of September
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting program with extensive crew longevity and with the potential to progress and move within the program over time
• The role itself will include both 2 nd officer and Chief officer duties, stepping up and stepping down during rotations
• The ideal candidate will have a solid yachting background but also hold their CM unlimited to allow them to step up and grow within the program
• The itinerary is very exciting with extensive cruising and off the beaten track destinations – full details TBD during initial calls
• Previous experience with ISM, ISPS, GMDSS essential along with good navigational and watch keeping experience
• Additional experience with Ice Navigation and large crane ops and operation of large tenders would be advantageous
• As mentioned, the role will include stepping up to Chief officer and stepping back down during rotations. There is also a strong potential to step up to Chief full time down the line allowing someone the opportunity to grow
• Interest and or Diving qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
• The yacht runs a very family orientated dynamic with lots of social events, character and personality is key!
• On offer is a salary of 8000-9000 USD DOE, time for time rotation (8 weeks on 8 weeks off) along with a very solid training budget and yearly salary increases and rewards based on performance – full details to be discussed during initial call with agent

What will you be Doing As an advocate of sustainable mobility, an Electric Vehicles enthusiast and a Marine life admirer, you will pull off your sales skills to market and generate sales on fully electric and solar powered Yachts. You will invest in your extensive product knowledge, elite communication and negotiation skills to understand clients needs and give informed advice. You are always up to date with the latest boat shows, trade shows and other relevant events. - Rapidly gain in-depth knowledge and expertise of Brand's technicalities and features. - Generate leads and communicate with prospects to capture interest. - Prospect database, following up with and converting leads into sales. - Optimize prospects, following up on all leads and converting to contracts. - Exceed sales and margin objectives. - Conduct the entire sales process from initial contact to closing. - Develop a strong relationship with the Brand Sales Manager. - Assist in the development and execution of a marketing plan in collaboration with the EV Lab Marketing Manager. - Be an active participant in monitoring social media yachts. - Attend boat shows, trade shows and other events. - Coordinate showing boats and visits of your clients and sea trials as needed. - Travel to bases or other offices from time to time as may be required. - Handle all inquiries in a professional manner. - Ensure all transactions are subject to a signed approval sheet by CEO or Sales Managers. - Attend periodic sales meetings via telephone or MS Teams and attend all training designated by Yacht Brands. - Follow Company's and department's procedures and policies.

Requirements:

What you'll need to succeed - 2-3 years of professional sales experience in Marine industry - Holder of a Nautical License is a plus - Able to work a flexible schedule including late nights to reach prospects in different time zones. - Fluent in Arabic & English; other languages are a plus. - Well-presented and well-spoken - Good interpersonal skills and ability to confidently negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels. - A flexible and adaptable attitude. - Highly organized and detailed with an entrepreneurial approach. - Ability to understand and explain financial evaluations and presentations. - Able to quickly gain credibility and confidently close sales. - Confident when presenting to clients face to face, over the phone or on email. Below Deck Mediterranean season 9’s Aesha Scott and Ellie Dubaich may be working in close quarters, but it appears a feud could be on the horizon for the Chief Stew and her Second . Aesha, who has been part of the Below Deck franchise for years, has been working tirelessly aboard Mustique during Below Deck Mediterranean season 9 . While Aesha hasn’t worked for Captain Sandy Yawn as a Chief Stew in the past, her first time aboard Mustique has tested her strength in the role. Captain Sandy has been empathetic to Aesha’s struggles, knowing that her job has been unexpectedly tough.

While Aesha was the biggest name returning to Below Deck Mediterranean for its current season, Second Stew Elena Dubaich has been part of the franchise in the past as well. Originally appearing on Below Deck Mediterranean season 7, Ellie returned to the crew for another season aboard Mustique, hoping she’d be able to hone her skills to advance in her career. While there have been issues with Aesha’s other Stew, Bri Muller, throughout the charter season, problems with Ellie’s performance have been building up since the beginning . Now, with only a few charters left, the Stews could come to blows.

Ellie Has Been Struggling To Follow Aesha’s Instructions

She’s not the best listener.

Throughout Below Deck Mediterranean season 9, it’s been clear that Ellie is working toward a goal . Early on in the season, she shared that she wanted to become a Chief Stew within her next few years of work in the yachting industry. While she’s been part of the yachting industry for nearly a decade, Ellie has struggled to reach higher ranks during her time on Below Deck Med. With training from Aesha, she’s been hopeful she’ll take the next step in her career.

Unfortunately, things haven’t been easy for Ellie aboard Mustique when it comes to getting her work done. While Aesha has trusted Ellie with the tasks of a Second Stew, especially when it comes to serving and bartending, she’s often been disorganized and struggled to keep her priorities in check. Despite knowing that there’s some specificity in what she does, Ellie has been having a hard time following Aesha’s instructions and has been repeatedly talked to about shifting her priorities aboard Mustique.

Aesha Has Been Feeling Burnt Out Being Understaffed

She doesn’t have enough support.

Although Aesha has a staff of Stews who are meant to help her keep things straight, it’s been obvious from the beginning of the charter season that there aren’t enough hands to go around. Aesha has been struggling throughout the charter season for a few reasons, but mostly because of the level of understaffed that the interior team has been aboard Mustique. Traditionally, the crew is meant to have a Chief Stew and three other Stews working on the interior team, but because of a cabin leak, there was only room for two Stews.

Aesha has had to deal with the fact that not only does she not have the ability to run things on her own, but that the Stews she’s had to rely on haven’t been able to work up to her standards. While Ellie has a bit more capacity than Bri , both Stews have been struggling to keep it together and get their work done throughout the charter season. Instead of working well together, they’ve been fighting and keeping Aesha busy enough that she’s unable to take a genuine break .

Ellie Feels Like Aesha Is Treating Her Poorly

She isn’t happy with the management.

Ellie’s struggles on Mustique have been interesting to keep track of, because the majority of her problems have revolved around Bri and their strange love triangle with Deckhand Joe Bradley. Ellie’s issues with Bri have been more professional than personal , though Bri has dragged her personal feelings into their problems consistently throughout the charter season. While Ellie has been managing her own emotions well, she’s had a hard time with the way Aesha has been treating her throughout the more difficult moments of tension.

While she’s openly shared that she doesn’t like the way Aesha has allowed Bri to victimize herself and hasn’t allowed her to speak her feelings, Ellie has empathy for Aesha’s position as the Chief Stew. Ellie has also noted that she feels Aesha has treated her poorly as a manger aboard Mustique, explaining that she feels like she isn’t trusted to get her job done. With the feeling that Aesha is micromanaging her, Ellie doesn’t feel like she’s able to do as much as she normally could in her role aboard Mustique.

Aesha Can’t Depend On Ellie Or Bri

She only has herself.

While Ellie and Bri have been struggling in their own mess, Aesha has been taking on extra responsibility in order to keep Mustique running smoothly . As the Chief Stew, Aesha should be able to depend on her Second and Third Stews to make things easier on herself and get to a point where she can simply delegate tasks on Mustique. She still has responsibilities that she has to take care of on her own, but Aesha should be in a higher level role.

While Aesha is supposed to have trust in her crew, the fact that she can’t rely on Ellie and Bri has made things more difficult in her day-to-day. Without Stews who are able to get the job done, Aesha has had to spread herself far too thin, which has made things tough for her personally. While Aesha has been getting burnt out trying to keep the Mustique running , the fact that she only has herself when it comes to her work is likely tremendously difficult.

Will Aesha & Ellie Feud Before The Charter Season Ends?

The stews are both getting annoyed.

Although Aesha appears to have problems with both Ellie and Bri, Ellie has been more of an issue for her considering both her rank as Second Stew and the fact that she has been pushing for more responsibility. The Below Deck Mediterranean stew has been borderline insubordinate toward Aesha, has struggled to keep her priorities straight, and has taken a victim mentality in some of her personal issues aboard the superyacht. While Ellie has merits to her work, things could come to a head with Aesha in the coming episodes.

Aesha appears to be at the end of her rope with the Stews she has, and with a new Stew joining Below Deck Mediterranean , things could shift for her. With a bit more clairty, Aesha may understand that Ellie is good to have around, but needs more training. Things could flip for the Below Deck Mediterranean stew, as well, leaving her high and dry before the end of the charter season.
